Here are my memories of an unforgettable trip to Bosnia working my Bowen magic as a Therapist with a charity called "Healing Hands Network". This worthwhile organisation ask Therapists to donate time to help victims of war. On this occasion I rasied £750 to go to Bosnia to work with the Concentration camp victims, and Civil war Victims. People who had been raped, tortured, seen members of their family killed in front of them, amputees, shrapnel wounds... the list goes on. I photographed many of my clients.. such lovely strong people. This is probably the best thing I have ever done. I have left my heart there- I will be going back one day.
I have dropped a few notes down for different clients, but you have to assume that if they were in House Arrest or CCamp that they were raped and tortured . Alot of their problems I have not written about, there is alot that they keep to themselves, or we needed to be discreet about.
Now I have the privilege of working with Combat Stress. All donations will be gratefully recieved
